Research & Development
•Engineered Design
The mold planning and the mould assembly at each process can be well-designed by following customer wrapped drawing.
•Accurate Drafting
Through the aid of Auto Cad, mold components to be used at each process will be drawn in detail and accurate dimension. Also, the data can be totally and carefully preserved.
•Precision Processing
By applying precision processing equipment, mold partsĄŻ respective dimension can be machined to the required specification as printed on part drawing.
•Attentive Deburring
Deburring and assembling the processed part will access an integrated mold and demonstrate the concept of original design. An efficiency reinforced mold is ready for production use.
